164 is my sugar so tat is it mean i am in danger lol..... i mean tat is it ok if i am this high or does it mean i have high sugar??

Not necessarily related. High BP like that in a kid your age is more likely anxiety or something. Diabetes, by itself doesn't cause high BP. The things that cause type 2 diabetes can contribute to high BP, though.

relax, blood pressure doesn't indicate a thing with regards to diabetes. you have to have a blood test to find out if you have diabetes. as for the reading, it's not that big a deal for someone your age, it will go down when you relax and stop obsessing about it, blood pressure fluctuates a lot through the day going way up and coming down again. So relax, stop thinking about it and you will likely be fine.
If there is a history of diabetes in your family, and you are overweight then ask your doctor about it the next time you see him.

No, blood pressure has nothing to do with diabetes. Diabetes is the blood sugar level in your blood. Blood pressure has 2 numbers, for instance my blood pressure is usually 125/85. Your's couldn't just be 195.
