Having a hysterectomy has nothing to do with STDs.
Women who have a hysterectomy are just as likely to contract/spread STDs as women who have not had a hysterectomy.
All a hysterectomy does it basically make it impossible for the woman to have a child. Without a uterus a woman can not physically conceive or carry a child.
Take care!

The chances are exactly the same as if a woman has NOT had a hysterectomy. Presence or absence of the uterus and ovaries has no bearing on risk of contracting STDs or HIV.

i think it has nothing to do with the hysterectomy...
u need know it's just a kind of virus, and it can be transmitted in various ways ,not only through sex.
even if it does has ... i think u still need some prevention measures, just as a friend on positivesingles.com remind me, we need to pay enough attention in aspects of our life.
it's responsible for our own rather than anybody else.

One has absolutely no relation to the other. If she is infected and you have unprotected sex, you can catch it, uterus or not.
