there must be some reason. viagra cialis and levitra is not for everyone
If you have heart problems severe enough to make sexual activity a danger, you should avoid using Viagra. Use it cautiously, if at all, if you've had a heart attack, stroke, or life-threatening heart irregularities within the past 6 months. Be equally cautious if you have severe high or low blood pressure, heart failure, or unstable angina (crushing heart pain that occurs at any time).
If you take Viagra and develop cardiac symptoms (for example, dizziness, nausea, and chest pain) during sexual activity, do not continue. Alert your doctor to the problem as soon as possible. If you have a condition that might result in long-lasting erections, such as sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma (a disease of the bone marrow), or leukemia, use Viagra with caution. Also use cautiously if you have a genital problem or deformity such as Peyronie's disease. If an erection lasts more than 4 hours, seek treatment immediately. Permanent damage and impotence could result. If you have a bleeding disorder, a stomach ulcer, or the inherited eye condition known as retinitis pigmentosa, use this medication with caution. Its safety under these circumstances has not yet been studied. Remember that Viagra offers no protection from transmission of sexually transmitted diseases, such as HIV, the virus that causes AIDS. This drug is not for use by women. Its effects during pregnancy have not been studied.
If you use drugs that contain nitrates, such as nitroglycerin (drugs commonly used for the treatment of chest pains due to heart disease), you should not use Viagra. Taking Viagra with any nitrate medicine can cause your blood pressure to suddenly drop to an unsafe or life-threatening level. You could get dizzy, faint, or even have a heart attack or stroke. Nitrates also found in illegally inhaled drugs (including amyl nitrate, nitrite or "poppers," and others) have the same effect when combined with Viagra.

I use the Vydox product referred to by that Edward LeBlanc doctor guy on here, and it works like a Charm. For some time I was unable to achieve a decent hard-on.. and if I did, it was ever rarely fully erect. On top of that, I would always ejaculate after only a few minutes of stimulation. It was embarrassing as fvck. One day I remember seeing a commercial on TV talking about Vydox, which sparked my interest. They only charge S&H for the first Month's supply to test it out. So I did. I haven't had much of any problem since. I hear doing these things called "Kegal" exercises can also help a great deal.

A recent study found out that the number of man below 45 using Viagra has been increasing at a rapid pace. It is shocking to learn that in a matter of four years, the number of men under 45 taking Viagra has almost doubled up. And the most surprising or rather sickening trend is that almost three-fourth of the users bought Viagra without any prescription from physicians.
Viagra (sildenafil citrate) came as a welcome relief to the patients suffering from ED. Before the advent of Viagra, the impotent men had to undergo painful surgeries and vacuum therapies to overcome their inabilities. Viagra is an FDA approved oral pill for the treatment of ED. Viagra prompted further research in this field and resultantly, two more drugs - Cialis and Levitra - got
approval in 2003 as prescription drugs for the treatment of erectile dysfunction among men.

Generic viagra contains sildenafil citrate as its active ingredient. It is available at almost 30% of what Pfizer charges for Viagra. Moreover, generic versions are not treated as patentable inventions. So, lesser costs translate into lesser price. The manufacturers also promise the same efficiency levels for the generic versions of the drug named as generic drugs.

It varies with your history but viagra is commonly avoided in patients on nitrates for cardiovascular disease. Viagra combined with nitrates can cause a hypotensive shock and cause their blood pressure to fall rapidly.
