Hi Rahul.

Smoking affects everyone's life. It becomes especially dangerous if you have an illness like Diabetes.

Diabetes, alone, increases your risk of heart disease, cardio-pulmonary disease, etc. To add smoking into the equation compounds the danger tremendously.

Since you "only" smoke 5 to 7 cigarettes a day, it should be quite easy to quit smoking. It is much harder for those who smoke several packs a day.

I, myself, used to be a smoker. I have Diabetes. When I had surgery some years back, one of my lungs collapsed during the surgery. They said it was because I was a smoker. The Diabetes weakened me; but it was the smoking that pushed me over the edge.

I didn't smoke that much; but it didn't matter. Every day, I was putting that poison into my system, making an already compromised body work even harder.

I cannot tell you strongly enough that YOU HAVE TO QUIT. Your life depends on it. There are some things we can't control; but we can control whether we smoke or not.

So throw those cigarettes out and lessen the risks that your Diabetes is already imposing upon your body. Take care of yourself.

Best of luck.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Rahul, definitely. Diabetics are more susceptible to infection than other people, so adding other bad habits is like playing Russian roulette with your life. If you don't quit now, 5 to 7 cigarettes will become a pack and then 2 packs. Quit cold turkey -now! It only gets harder. Smoking is also very bad for your brain, as well.

Diabetic's immune systems are weaker than those who arent. It is not good at all. My moms a diabetic and she smokes like 2 packs a day. Her doctor keeps fussing at her to quit, and tells her she will be able to battle the diabetes better if she doesnt smoke. Diabetes is nothing to play with. It will kill you, so you need to stay healthy as possible.

Diabetics have very small veins causing circulation and blood flow problems to their feet especially, also the eyes. Nicotine further constricts blood vessels, so may lead to skin sores, blindness or even amputation of extremities. Smoking is very bad for diabetics

Smoking causes your veins to constrict and nerves to spasm. Smoking is unhealthy for anyone but in a diabetic is more likely to get nerve damage and kidney disease. Smoking cuts the amount of oxygen reaching tissues. The decrease in oxygen can lead to a heart attack or stroke. People with diabetes who smoke are three times as likely to die of cardiovascular disease as are other people with diabetes. Smoking increases your blood pressure. It also raises your blood sugar level, making it harder to control your diabetes.

Yeah that's bad news. I don't know exactly how, as I'm not a doctor, but it doesn't take a genius to see that smoking is a deadly pasttime.

Diabetic persons already faced a compromised immune system. Smoking makes them even more susceptible to illess and infection, and harder to get good insurance.
