I truly sympathize with you as I, too, suffer with painful boils on my inner thighs, groin area (genitals), and stomach. I also have them under my arms and in the braline area. I'm not a doctor, but this sounds similar to what I have and live with on a daily basis. The swelling in the genital area could also be boils that you cannot see yet. In 2004, I was diagnosed with a skin condition called Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) and is characterized by the occurrence and/or reoccurrence of boil-like lesions in the areas I've mentioned. When the lesions heal, they leave scarring behind.

I know you are probably embarrassed to seek medical treatment, but you really need to see a doctor. I've put a link the national HS support site so you can read up on the condition. The site also features a physician referral where other sufferers have posted the names and phone numbers of doctors who treat the condition.

In the meantime, there are a few self-help things you can do to help try to ease the pain. For the lesions, you might try soaking in a warm (not hot) bath. When showering or bathing, I use a tea tree oil based body wash that can be picked up for about $3-4 at Walmart. For pain, I usually take about 3-4 Ibuprofen as that is pretty much the equivalent of prescription Ibuprofen. Try not to wear any clothing that is too restrictive and reduce the amount of friction to the areas.

I hope you will check out the website below b/c I think it might help you. In order to rule out HS as a cause, find a doctor who is familiar with the condition. But, if you have HS, just remember that it is not the end of the world, nor is it contagious.

If you need further information or just want to talk, please drop me a line.

This might not be the case; however, staph infections are becoming more common lately in the United States and boils and swelling is just a couple of symptoms. Other than that, it could be an STD; however, not many STD's cause boils on your stomach area. You need to go to the doctor immediately.

Also, are you running a fever?

(Note: I am not diagnosing you. See a doctor)
This sounds like Lymphogranuloma venereum

Anyone can get it, but it is an std.
Here is what my med book says:
The primary symtoms:
bump or blister on genitals, usually becoming painless ulcer
Urine will cause burning.
Disapears in 2-5 days
Secondary:
lymph nodes in groin usually swell - may have fevers and chills, headache, lose of appetite, nodes can rupture releasing pus
Teritary
Gentitals swell, abscess form and holes that leak urine, stool and semen in abnormal places.
Treatment: tetracylcline or erythromycin

Painful boils anywhere on the body require open drainage of the pus. Nothing else will effectively treat boils.

Swollen genitals sounds like a serious condition, and you really need to see a doctor urgently.

You could be tired for many reasons, but it sure sounds like you have good reason to feel ill. Good luck to you, and please see somebody.

It is called being bloated and the pain is due to cramps. If you know that you are not having cramps, then it would be time to see a doctor. There is usually discomfort with bloating, but should never be extreme pain.. Take Midol, or any other pills meant to ease menstrual symptoms.

Get to a doctor quickly and then ask your partner(s) if they are experiencing anything similar.
