I have insurance but the insurance company refuses to pay for it and I will have to pay 130.00 for 30 pills addition to the other 17 medications that I currently take. They put me on Protonix but that does not help.
Please help

you could try writing to the manufacturer of Nexium, they may have an assistance program.

one way is to contact the manufacturer directly to see if they'll give it to you for free or at least give you a break.
these things are always based on income, so there's no way of guessing if you'll qualify.

call social services in your town to see if there are any programs you may qualify for.

you can also try the partners for prescription assistance. just type it into your browser to bring up the website.

it might interest you to know that nexium can be bought over the counter. this is a possible reason your insurance denies it. i suggest you ask your insurance company to suggest a similar drug that they would cover.

good luck.

have your doctor demand that the insurance company cover it, you doctor will really need to make a stink.

or if all else fails you can do what I have been doing for some of my meds, buy the generic version online from England. While it is not legal to sell a generic in the US it is legal in many other countries and the cost is way lower.

excuse me.....but i think you need to find a doctor who will just look at all of the medicine you are taking. maybe you have acid reflux from taking so many pills.
