Last month, i felt like i was gonan have a heart attack. It felt like my blood wasnt flowing at all. My stupid doctor says it's anxiety, and he [prescribed me xanax and lexapro. Should i get a second opinion? Help me!

Why not improve your relationships with others and exercise more? Try this for six months. Then see if you still have the same problems.

Xanax and Lexapro are first steps down a slippery slope of a medicated existence. Some lifestyle changes should improve your health, whether it's impending heart disease or severe anxiety.

Many doctors PUSH Lexapro on patients. Lexapro causes IMPOTENCE , WEIGHT GAIN and could ALTER YOUR PERSONALITY and can cause terrible withdrawl symptoms when you come off.

I would come off of the Lexapro as SSON AS POSSIBLE


Xanax is OK but be careful LOW DOSE
