I think at this age anxiety is a major factor contributing to "pain in chest", so please see your consultant, OK. It's useless to sit on the network.

While chest pain in young people is most often musculoskeletal, severe chest pain can be a sign of something serious.

Any sever chest pain should be evaluated by a physician to rule out a cardiac or pulmonary cause. See your doctor pronto.

i have same condition, and i have TOF(one of CHD). But i also have abnormal coronary artery, which is single coronary artery. I feel chest pain since this July, when it comes i often take NTG to get released. Maybe you should go to see a cardiologist, to clarify your concerns. Perhaps your condition is also congenital, not to be found when you were born. If you feel the pain going to your left hand or neck, you really need to care about it, but not to panic. See a doctor.

Hon, please go see your Doctor right away, ok? Any chest pain should be immediately taken care of by your Physician.
They can do an EKG and find out what's wrong. So make the appointment! Good luck to you.

Go see a doctor, this is too serious a problem to resolve on Y/A. It could be anxiety or even growing pains but it could be more serious.

Standard treatment begins with coronary angiogram to determine the presence of disease and medication therapy. As disease severity progresses, treatment moves to interventional strategies, such as stents or coronary artery bypass surgery. The majority of patients with coronary artery disease achieve excellent results with these standard therapies.
