1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. ground mustard
1/8 tsp ground cloves
Cayenne is a hot red chili pepper .

No, Cayenne pepper is an individual spice.
Cajun Spices would either be a range of individual spices (and possibly some herbs) or a mix of them. One of these spices would, however, probably be Cayenne Pepper.
