we have a classmate who keeps on telling us that he has a heart problem but looks very fine. he can run fast.(finished 50 meters in just 6 seconds) and he can carry guys who are taller than him(he's just 5 ft. 1 in.).

Then his problem isn't that servere then. His problem is most likely been fixed by surgery or medication and he can live a more than normal life.

People with permanent heart damage can have varying degrees of difficulty in doings many things, like climbing stairs, walking too far, lifting things, sleeping on their left side, running out of breathe easily, etc.

He may be showing off or just trying to fit in. Having a heart problem doesn't mean he can't do these things, but they will have a serious affect on him over time if he keeps it up.

jog 10 miles, eat fatty foods, smoke or have some stupid boss lookin over their back all day long
Or see a "too" scary movie or go on a rollar coaster ride, or be around their Mother inlaw

prolly things like running distance cross country runs and overexerting himself playing aerobic sports like swimming and basketball

Getting him scared, like surprising him like he is going to get shocked.. and giving a heart attack..
