Is etsu collagen halal?

This is a japanese anti aging product which is to be consumed orally.

Collagen is an animal product; I couldn't find any information that explains what animal Etsu collagen comes from. I think you're going to have to ask the company to get more information than that.

Consuming collagen will NOT do anything for you. If you want your body to manufacture collagen at its best, eat a well balanced diet high in vitamin C. Vitamin C is essential for human collagen synthesis. The collagen from another animal will not do anything for human collagen synthesis.
