I dont think it would be caused by the heat but if theres any truth in that it would be caused by bluetooth or something sending out mirco wave things.
I always have my mobile in my lap when I drive- i'm prob infertile causa it but hopefully not

it wont necessarily make you sterile but dont want it to get too hot down there, thats the whole reason we evolved with a very inefficient sack hanging between our legs. just be careful because it will mess you up after a long enough time
cassie b.....BLUETOOTH? wow thats gotta be one of the stupidest things ive ever heard...stop giving advise about stuff you obviously have no clue about
More proof of the danger of this website...don't trust people on here people, talk to your doctor or other certified professional

Actually, the testicles hang OUTSIDE of the body for a very good reason. Sperm need to stay cool in order to survive, and your body's internal temp (98.6 degrees) is too warm. Doesn't it stand to reason that if you're continuously heating up your testicles by sitting your laptop too close to them, you could be killing of millions of your "boys" needlessly?

very true!! the increased heat in that area can damage the production of your 'swimmers' which makes them ineffective. The testis/sperm needs a stable envirnoment (hence they are drawn closer to the body when its cold, and further away when its hot), This however would be something that would happen over time, but its something to be aware of .
