China is starting to clean up and use clean energy sources?

Maybe. Slightly. Since they passed the US to become the #1 contributor to global warming recently they have been feeling the heat, the political heat I mean, so they are at least trying to appear to be greener.

It's a good idea for all "cities" with over a billion folks to clean-up a bit.Get the lead out,so to speak.We'd never want them to be as bad as the U.S. now would we?

Yes, but it's going t take time for them to change course.
It's finally dawning on them that bankrupting the world with global warming, and killing off workers with local pollution; isn't good for business.
