You might as well have asked what genetic disorder is not controlled by a sex-linked gene.

There are over 6,000 genetic disorders, and yes, not all of them are X-linked but there are quite a few.

To name just a very few conditons that are a result of the X-Chromosome you have:
Rett Syndrome
Fragile X Syndrome
Fragile X Associated Tremor/Ataxia Syndrome
Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy
Turner Syndrome
X-linked juvenile retinoschisis
