I would say bivalves like clams and oysters. They have no brains and therefore cannot feel pain. Their systems react more like a plant than an animal. If you eat plants you should be able to eat bivalves without guilt.

I would say one that has been killed by a person with a high velocity shotgun/hunting...and it would have to be between the eyes or any other way it would die fast and quick...and the animal would have to be Deer. Why? Because you know they died fast and quick...and deer are considered overpopulated.....by humans only. I don't think they are...I think we have taken their space up and because they are coming into ours they are "overpopulated". I would rather them die fast and quick by a shot gun rather than being hit by a car...and possibly having to suffer for hours until they die.....that is assuming dying from natural causes is out of the question though. Why hunting? I don't like any of the "factory farming's" ways of killing this way you are assured they died in the least painfull way.
The most unethical animal...would have to between veal and eggs.

Well the most humane would be having your OWN animals, say chickens, that you take good care of and treat like pets. Only have females.. and there's nothing cruel about eating their eggs..
I have a friend who does that, only she DOES have a rooster, so the eggs are fertilized. She loves her chickens like they're her "babies" but if I did it I wouldn't have a rooster..
The only way you can be sure of eating ethically, then you should raise your own meat. THat way you know how it's being treated, and what it's being fed..

Probably organic dairy products and honey.
I wouldn't have a problem drinking milk from a cow whose baby wasn't torn from her at birth and pumped full of hormones and antibiotics to keep her lactating...except I don't really like cow's milk anyway.
Basically, anything that doesn't kill an animal or cause it otherwise-undue distress is "less" unethical than something that does.

your question doesn't make sense.
that's like asking: who is the most ethical child to murder?
there is no "ethical" way to eat animals and use them for food or anything else.

I would say honey, since vegetarians will eat it, but most vegans won't. Some say that bees' nervous systems are not developed enough to feel pain, but who knows.
