My favorite pizza is with spinach and cashew nuts.....I'm sure you could use other nuts with more iron...this is just my preference.

You could make the dough out of iron fortified whole grains.

Blend some extra veggies (broccoli, spinach....even black beans into the pizza sauce).

Crumble some tofu as a topping for the pizza, grate some carrots, and maybe add some thin slices of tomatoes.

If you're not big on tofu, maybe try some vegan meatlessballs.

Instead of red pizza sauce, you could use either red or green pesto. That's a nice alternative...and don't spread it thick like regular sauce. All you need is enough to cover the crust.
Cook some fresh spinach and then add it to the pizza and top with low-fat feta cheese and sun-dried tomatoes or thin slices of Roma tomatoes. You can even sprinkle some mozzarella here and there, but don't heap it on (as cheese tends to be fatty....but on the other hand, calcium aides iron absorption). Bake for about ten minutes.
Enjoy!

Maybe you could try putting greens on it? I personally think a mexican pizza, with salsa, vegetarian refried beans, chopped vegetables, and a SMALL sprinkle of cheese (maybe a cheese substitute?) would be great on a tortilla. The beans have lots of iron in them. You could also make the crust out of enriched flour.
Calcium, which is in cheese, inhibits the absorbtion of iron. If you're having a pizza with cheese on it, you can pretty much guarantee that your body isn't absorbing all of the iron it could from the food. Vitamin C, on the other hand, aids in the absorbtion of iron.

My in demand pizza is with spinach and cashew nuts.....i'm beneficial you could desire to apply different nuts with extra iron...that's in basic terms my selection. you could make the dough out of iron fortified entire grains. mixture some extra greens (broccoli, spinach....even black beans into the pizza sauce). disintegrate some tofu as a topping for the pizza, grate some carrots, and maybe upload some skinny slices of tomatoes. while you're no longer great on tofu, consistent with probability attempt some vegan meatlessballs.
