I'm not an advocate of taking diet pills. There's a healthier alternative. Learn to count your calories and exercise daily. It works. I've lost nearly 50 pounds by setting a goal to keep my daily calories limited and walk at least three miles a day. It's truly surprising how quickly the weight came off. BTW, I eat all I want. Peruse the links on my profile page and see what I'm talking about.

Certainly not!! Doctors advise diabetics not to take any slimming tablets because it can affect your diabetes and not just that it can cause complications. I am a diabetic and started putting on weight and wanted to go on some sort of slimming pill but my doctors all said definite "NO"

the diabetic association actually treats type II diabetes with xenical as redcing the weight is a very good treatment as it helps to prevent complications from diabetes and stops insulin resistance to a good degree.
reductil is an appetite suppressant. you need starch to counteract the insulin your taking.
You could reduce starch intake and adjust insulin accordingly and take more exercise but seeing as you need to get reductil on prescription you will be advised by your GP. Talk to our diabetes nurse also.
dont be tempted to buy these tablets over the internet. And to be completely honest i tried reductil through my GP and it didnt suppress my appetite. I was doing slimming world and the more you eat with that diet the more weight you lost so reductil wasnt ideal lol
Dont be tempted to buy

Mustard is a secret bulge-buster. That boosts your metabolism and raises natural ephadrine, the hormone of which burns fat. According to Jeya Holly, professor of human nutrition from Oxford Brookes University, just a tablespoon with your food can reduce a flabby waist by 20 per cent!

Go bland. Plain, uncomplicated, unseasoned food such as cooked chicken, plain rice and a bare-skinned baked potato are nutritious but your palette will tire of these people quickly, unlike salty moreish prepared food, which keeps you snacking and piling about the pounds.
