And especially the soft tortilla shells
I always keep them in the freezer, put them on the counter for a couple of hours when I want to make Fajitas and put the rest back in the freezer if I have leftover ones.

You sure can . When you are ready to use them just let them defrost on the counter. I usually devide each one with a piece of wax paper or plastic wrap before i put them in the freezer.It is easier to separate then.

I think you have the ability to and if you store it properly it can taste good but you shouldn't in some cases because they can taste really disgusting it's just best to put them in the fridge with a cloth covering it.
