How can you tell if chest pain is heart related? I have pain that seems to come and go under my left breast and sometimes oin the side of it. It never stays long.

You need to see a doctor to have this pain evaluated. It may be something as simple as gas, but it is better to find out what is going on as there may be something that can help you so you won't have to suffer this discomfort.

nobody can diagnostic if lack of information about age, family history, blood test, bp, hb; etc.

Walking upstair few times can often reveal sympton again for heart disease, but not always. An oximeter on hand can show low oxygen level for agina from heart and lung.

Heart disease, lung's problem and acid reflux are not rare attack together. So, consulting with a hospital doctor asap.

first you go for an ECG, if normal go for a TMT test (tread mill test) that will reveal if it is heart related

your chest shouldn't hurt at all call your Dr and get checked out to see if your OK!! asap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
