If so what are some good companys that you can purchase this from and what amount of kw can these fuel cells put out?

They are still pretty expensive, so I say they still need more development.

And where to buy them? Just google "fuel cell" like I did and get links like the one in the source. That source has 100 watt fuel cell systems for several thousand dollars but the kilowatt ones just say "request quote".

I think the Company's realizes more about the cells than they want to adventure into; partly from all the expense involved, & if they're making billions now, why would they want to upset the apple cart. I also believe that the Solar Companies are mostly into it for the MONEY, also. This is where the Green-Living Groups steps in, to make everyone as aware, as they can make them.

fuel cells operate on hydrogen, hydrogen is made by electrolysis, electrolysis uses electricity, so fuel cells using hydrogen are more like using a battery.....it yields less energy than it took to create it.
