Just warm them in a pan like you would hot dogs & eat them on a bun. Or cut them up, warm them, and add them to pasta sauce or whatever.

Congrats on trying to eat healthy! The main problem with canned vegetables is that they have a high salt content. Frozen vegetables are often as good, or even better, than fresh - especially if the veggies are not in season. As far cooking the fresh veggies, my favorite method is roasting, especially for potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, eggplant, asparagus, tomatoes, onions, garlic. (Green beans aren't too great roasted) Just clean your veggies, put them on a sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and put in a 350 degree oven until they are as tender as you like them. You can add minced garlic in with other veggies, sprinkle them with fresh herbs when they come out of the oven, or even sprinkle with a bit of parmeson cheese. Experiment! Also check out all the great recipe sites online. They will give you some great ideas for how to prepare your favorite veggies. Good luck!

Hahaha that guys' answer was funny.
I cooked them just a few weeks ago. I like the Tofurkey sun dried tomato sausages or the regular Yves hot dogs better, but they were okay. They were a little too big for their flavor.

Just because the kids are misbehaving, it doesn't mean we should cook them.
Sorry, I can't resist a silly answer once in a while.
