Yes, there's one I know of in Santa Monica, CA but it doesn't have a drive through. It's pretty good!

Taco Bell.
Avoid the sour cream (gelatin) and ask them to replace any meat in a menu item with beans. They have a special "substitute beans" button on the cash register just for us vegetarians.
As for places that are kinda fast food...
You can also get vegetarian stuff at Panera bread. The veggie sandwich is one of the best things I've had in my whole life. Their soups are clearly labeled as vegetarian if the term applies.
Jimmy Johns has an excellent vegetarian sub called "The vegetarian"
Chipotle and Quodoba also have a vegetarian options
Almost everything at Noodles and Company is vegetarian, as long as you don't add meat. There are a couple things that use a fish sauce, though, so be sure to ask which ones are ok.
Also, Burger King once released statement that there is absolutely no guarantee their veggie burger is vegetarian. So I would avoid them if you are pretty strict about your diet.

Depends on area you are in. Most big cities as well as the university towns have a variety of restaurants to choose from. Also many of the ethnic restaurants have at least vegetarian dish on the menu, or they will modify the dish according to the specification. For a restaurant you could call ahead of time, so the dish will be ready when you arrive, thus acheving the fast food quick services.

I'm not sure where you live, but in the UK we have RedVeg in both London and Brighton which is a purely veggie burger place. I'm not aware of any other fast food places, but there are also plenty of veggie restaurants and pubs.
Try buying one of the veggie guidebooks and look for places in your local area.
If you are happy to eat in non-vegetarian places then I've added a link below for a website giving information on what can apparently be eaten in many American fast food places.

There are vegetarian options at fast food places such as Chipotle, Qdoba, and Subway. The side salad and fries at Wendy's are vegan. The only fast food vegetarian place I know of is a European chain called Maoz Vegetarian. They have a couple of U.S. locations, in Philly and New York, and it's rumored soon to be in DC. They serve falafel and other Middle Eastern-type food.

I have no idea where you live but there's a place called Yummy in my Tummy (world's dumbest name, in my opinion) that's a vegan fast food place. I've never been there (I'm not a vegetarian), but my fiance goes there every time he's in Toronto. Also, I heard of a place called (I think) P.F. Changs, a Chinese restaurant that sells mostly vegan food; apparently it's a national (America) chain, but there aren't any where I live.
