about an hour ago I started having thin ache in my heart, and also a mild ache into my left hand and throat / jaw.. and my left hand is weak after the aches, and now 1 hour or so later the aches are gone what should I do? call for ambulance or wait till this happens
again? I need to know from a person that knows if this really is a life threatening problem or not.

I am 17 years old, I'm not overweight average hight..

you are very young but this sounds classic angina pain you should get to hospital to have it checked, call Ambulance

I agree with the above answer....you are not in the typical age group, but the symptoms are classic for angina....you may be having spasm in the coronary arteries. This can be just as dangerous as having an artery blocked with plaque. Either way it causes heart tissue to starve of oxygen. See a doctor right away.

Sure you are having problem, I think all Symptoms are Pointing to some Acute cardiac problem, call your local help line or go to ER. OK.
Cardiac problem do not look at ages.
