no, it doesnt cause blood in the urine. Usually UTI (urinary tract infection ) causes the blood in the urine and also kidney stones being expelled through the urethra. It scratches the passage of urine from the bladder to outside the body thats why it bleeds.

You should go to your doctor so that he can give you the proper medication and the proper antibiotics. Never self medicate.

also your doctor can check you if you have an impending kidney problem or bladder problem.

and also your doctor can give you the antibacterial for chlamydia infection.
