The kind you eat! Thai, Chinese(any region), Italian(any region), Mexican(Oaxacan), Jamaican, Cuban, French, Cajun-Creole, anything grilled.
And Amercian soul food-Fried Chicken, Beef Short ribs, collard greens, mac and cheese, red beans and rice, fried cat fish
