Likely cause is a urinary track infection. Just go see a Doctor, pee in a specimen cup and they will dip it and check it out and give you some meds.

Depends on the rest of the urinalysis. If the rest of the urinalysis is normal, a description of "cloudy" by the lab can be ignored.
