I don't see why not. Dates are nearly 2/3 sugar, though... so I wouldn't recommend eating more than a couple of ounces. Naturally, you would have to reduce your carbohydrate intake accordingly

First understand that diabetics can and do live happy and healthy lives. I don't know how many carbs are in dates. You should find that out. Actually, a diabetic can eat just about anything but in moderation. I love orange juice but I can eat an orange but not drink orange juice. Too much sugar in liquid form and too quickly. It all depends on which type of diabetes we are talking about and what the doctors have said about taking care of it. Talk to a doctor for some real advise. Diabetes usually can be lived with but you have to learn and follow the rules.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.
Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

I agree with a Jo!Diabetic can eat dates. It is possible for a person with diabetes type 2 to eat dates but they might be in the bathroom a while. It will help their fiber.Diabetics can eat what they want, and even grape! But ask the question! Diabetics can eat what they want? But as yet they are diabetics .. The answer is this: Diabetics can eat what they want but not excessive quantities, and that includes sugar!, is it good or is dropped., and may also include insulin. If you want to eat for lunch, then we want something that is best for lunch! can eat what you want and how you want.Ali we need to give Actrapid insulin that is fast-acting so that the problem is solved! And i agree with a .Peace.!

It depends on the severity of your Diabetes. They're natural sugar but they are VERY sweet. Having them once in awhile probably won't hurt but to be safe, ask your Physician. They are tasty!!!!!!!!!!
