Think about it if sneezing from a cold you get sick so would it be the same? Just curious...I know not every one you see is infected with HIV/STD. I was curious to see if this would be true if this virus/bacteria can affect you. Its kinda like bodily fluid, right? Help me with this weird question....

HIV can only be transmitted by blood, semen, vaginal secretions, and breast milk. These are the only ways, so no, you cannot contract HIV through a sneeze.

No, my dear, HIV/AIDS cannot be spread through sneezing. It's a very fragile virus that can only be transmitted through very specific behavior involving transmission of blood, semen, vaginal secretions, and the like. That's why doctors warn about using a condom during most types of sex, even oral. You may have a small tear in the lining of your mouth which would make an "entry point" for the disease.

I don't think so. It has to be a contact with fluids like blood or semen. If it was from sneezing half the worlds population would be HIV positive by now.

i can tell u that the virus of HIV wouldn't be transmitted by air, but it would be killed.
