Last night around 12 i got a really bad pain in my chest. It didn't affect breathing or anything. It was just very painful. It lasted till i went to sleep. When i woke up i was fine. But know i have a feeling of pressure on my chest not any bad pain like last night but pressure like i am working out or somthing. Do you think this could be a sign of heart trouble?

No, you must have taken too much of heavy diet, atleast walk for 10 minutes before retiring to bed.
High possibility of GERD.
If it recurs, talk to your physician.

You should absolutely have this checked by a physician, or go to an emergency room today! Do not take any chances with your life, always have chest pain evaluated by a doctor. A diagnosis of GERD cannot be made over the computer by an alleged doctor.

Persistent angina pectoris (chest pain or pressure) is certainly highly suggestive of heart problems. You should definitely have it checked by a real doctor, and not pretend to be's on the internet.
