It is very good, not heavy like butter , probably healthier...definitely healthier than "popcorn lung" additives...and not as funky of taste as olive oil warmed up..

I've never tried that. I would never think to as I don't find flax oil particularly tasty but I do have a lot of it and think there is some popcorn around here too so maybe I'll give it a try.

It is not a good idea to warm up flax oil, as heat causes it to go rancid. I've drizzled cool flax oil on steamed veggies, but I would never heat flax oil EVER.
