Yeah, there are lots. Look at your local health food store or check one of the many vegan websites.
Alternatively, you can make your own. Throw a bunch of chopped up veggies of your choice into a stockpot with enough water to cover and simmer 4-6 hours. Include any herbs or spices you like also. This is a great use for veggie trimmings-carrot tops, mushroom stems, celery leaves and the root and stem ends of onions. Avoid anything too potent, like broccoli or Brussels sprouts. Strain the resulting liquid, taste and adjust seasoning-cooked whole veggies can be used for other uses, discard scraps. The best way I have found to store this is frozen in ice cube trays, then placed in a Ziploc-you can just pull out what you need and thaw or put straight in the cooking dish to thaw.

I guess you're going to have to make them yourself. Takes about 10 minutes. Olive or vegetable oil in the pan, a little onion, garlic and/or leak, diced veg (your choice) toss in the oil, add boiling water and a veggie stock cube. Season to taste with salt, pepper, some more exotic seasonings if you like. Simmer til veg are still crunchy. You can liquidise it if you want, all serve it 'lumpy'. Sprinkle some chopped, fresh herbs over the bowl just before serving.
I may be wrong, but I don't think you can make a vegan broth - I think broth implies animals!

There is a great 100% vegetable soup that makes it's own broth while it cooks and it is wonderful. It is called Rattatoulli. Look it up in any good cook book.

Check the link below-- lots of recipies for making your own stock.
Since yeast is a fungi, and therefore non animal, most vegetable bouillon cubes are ok.
One day I'll be a 7th level vegan. I won't eat anything with a shadow.

I am not vegan or vegetarian. My dad got these for me at Whole Foods because I like to cook and experiment with different things.
Rapunzel Vegan Vegetable Bouillon (no salt added). They are quite good. I have used them for soups, etc. I even used them to make couscous one night. It was great!

I use a product called Better Than Bullion. It is a concentrated paste that you add to water. Or you can make your own. Get a good vegetarian cookbook, they usually have a recipe for veggie stock.
