Ok I make this dish that teens just love. Take one package of hot dogs, one package of sliced cheese and two packages of ready made biscuits. Cut the dogs in thirds, slice down the middle and put in some cheese then smooth out a biscuit and wrap completely around the hot dog piece. Bake until golden brown at 350 degrees. The more you make the more they will eat!!

Pasta salad can be a good dish for you. Pasta with whatever veggies you have on hand with a nice ranch dressing would be good - a big batch doesnt cost much either.

Take a package of tortillas, spread cream cheese all over it. put sliced ham on there and roll up. Leave these in the fridge overnight then slice in 1/2 inch rolls. These are great for kids or adults.

Serve grilled hot dogs....it doesn't get any cheaper than that.
Make a hot cheese dip by melting Velveeta cheese and mix with a jar of salsa. Serve with tortilla chips right out of the crock pot.
Buy a bag of baby carrots and cut up some celery, serve with ranch dressing.
Potato Salad is also inexpensive to make.
Serve my suggestions with the baked beans and the spinach dip and you should be able to feed a crowd without breaking the bank!

I would have said lasagna, but you've already done the beans. Go with hot dogs. Make some pasta salad. It's cheap, easy and filling. Get some veggies to go with the spinach dip. Get some large bags of pretzels or chips. Use a cake mix and make a sheet cake.

It might be crazt but teenagers do eat vegetables if there is dip to go with them. Get the baby carrots and other easy cut up stuff and put it on a tray with some ranch. Set out a make your own taco bar. The only thing that requires is hamburger (or ground turkey they won't know the difference) taco seasoning and all the other taco fixings. They are teenagers, they will see food and eat.

S'mores brownies!! I made this for my last gathering and they went over really well!!!

Find the muffin trays that have the little cups like for mini muffins. Find the little paper baking cups that fit in the muffin tray. Make your brownie mix. Crush some graham crackers up into crumbs and mix with some melted butter (enough to make a dry-ish paste). Spoon the graham cracker into the bottom of the baking cups. Pour brownie mix over top so that the cup is full. Bake 15-20 minutes (or until the toothpick you may want to insert comes out clean :^). Take mini marshmallows and stick them on top of the brownies. Place under the broiler of your oven AND WATCH CAREFULLY!!! Remove brownies when the marshmallows are a soft toasted color. Place a piece of graham cracker on top. ENJOY!!!

You need to be prepared with some ideas that are cost effective, and well thought out. Prepare a tentative guest list. Here's three very economical ways to have a wedding and reception . . Get married in the morning and then follow your ceremony with a breakfast or brunch. Breakfast is the least expensive meal you can serve and you do not have to provide liquor except for a champagne toast to the Bride and Groom. Get married after lunch (2PM or 230PM or 3PM). Your guests have already eaten lunch and it's too early for dinner. You can have a "desserts only" reception or just "wedding cake and punch." Get married at sunset (7PM or 730PM or 8PM). Your guests have already eaten dinner. You can serve a "desserts only" or "wedding cake and punch" or "ice cream sundaes and wedding cake." I would toss the baked beans idea, and go with pasta. A little goes along way! It's very inexpensive as well. You can have one with penne and ground beef or turkey with veggies in a marinara sauce. And another with pesto, like bowtie with chicken. Just add garlic bread and salad and there you go!
