i know there not vegan but are they vegetarian ?
help me out if please dont answer if u dont know

No, most of them aren't vegetarian. I am astonished at how many people are misinformed and/or lying to you on here.

There are, I believe a few of them which aren't sold everywhere which lack GELATIN, and are therefore veg, but that's about it. If you want to go with a different brand of toaster pastries, you can find many without gelatin, especially in a health-food/organic food store.

You can eat unfrosted pop-tarts, but not regular ones.

Some, but they are full of hydrogenated oils. This is an artificial fat (aka trans fat) that pollutes your body by replacing the good Omega -3 fatty acids and sticking around like bits of plastic in your intestines and arteries. Completely unnecessary, but addictive!

You need to look at the ingredient list on a box. There may be egg product or whey (milk protein) in them. If you are not a vegan who eats no animal products at all Pop Tarts should be OK, I doubt they contain animal rendering but they are probably high in artificial fats and sweeteners.

Pop Tarts are not vegetarian!

Eat the organic ones, your sure they wont have any egg or gelation products!

Better safe then unsure

For me, no. Some of them contain gelatin. For some that eat gelatin, yes.

The one's that have frosting actually have gelatin in them,so they aren't vegetarian.
