You did not say how young or old you are or the girl, or what your condition in life is. At any rate, you should simply let her know how you feel about her. Since she is able to come to the USA, then it should not be much of a problem for you to be together albeit for a limited time. Good luck!

First things first, you should be face to face, at least by webcam. It would be romantic if you say it in French since Canada is bilingual. It could be a clincher.

Wait until one of you moves close to the other. Long distance relationships are too difficult to keep going. they tend to cause doubts and jealousy.
