Just need to get away from it all and leave everything behind for a couple of weeks in november.....love the sun, sand and beach life etc. Any ideas folks?

hi JJ why not try port El Kanoui in Tunisia hotel royal kenz fabulous place private beach 5 mins slow walk away the port only a short taxi ride away at about 60-70 pence you can go on trips and visit Medina's etc. the people are friendly and every thing so cheap. you have to haggle though.

Playa del Carmen in Mexico . Went there a couple of years ago in Nov . Fantastic white beaches and lovely and hot that time of year . Nice and central so lots of trips to do . A real nice chill out place in paradise .

New Zealand? Height of summer over there at that time of year and there are lots of quiet unspoilt places to go.

If you have children, go to Portugal, they provide great babysitting facilities, if you want to use them, that is.
