ham is sort of sweet. bacon is smokey/spicey. they say that portabella mushrooms are "beefy" - i don't know. chicken has a milder flavor. More chewey then a vegetable/soybean burger.
hmmm ketchup, mayonaise.. whatever you put on it? lol
