Sadly, your chances of staying are extremely slim. You are here solely on the grounds that you need to be here to be with your husband. As soon as you seperated, you are supposed to leave the country as your visa is then invalid. Since you split, you have become an illegal immigrant. As for the pregnancy, that makes no difference axcept that the father could apply for a Residency Order on the grounds that the child is British and that he wants to raise the child. If you are still in the country at the time, it will be easier for him to get that Court Order. You will still be required to leave the country, regardless of the outcome of any Residency Order application. As you have been sleeping with another man, he can now divorce you on the grounds of Adultry. Until you are divorced (Decree Absolute) or legally seperated (Decree Nisi), you are still expected, in law, to remain faithful to your husband. You May also have a bit of difficulty in proving who the natural father is, without DNA tests. To be honest, you are in an awful position and it may be best if you go back to the US and have your baby there. That way, the baby will be a US citizen and it will be difficult for him to get any access. Otherwise, in the UK, Social Services have the power to take your child off you before immigration order you to leave and / or upon your arrest for deportation.

Looking at your other posts you say your marriage was over at 8 months, well your husband when he finds out you are pregnant and not by him he will divorce you.
The best option is try to do the divorce quickly and then marry your new boyfriend. However your first visa will be null and void as your marriage will end, and your first husband will not sponsor you any more to stay in the UK. Which is his right, he can inform the authories that you are no longer dependant on him or living with him, so they will have the information. All he has to do is prove that he is living else where (rent, phone bills etc).
My advice is talk to your husband and arrange a divorce as soon as possible. Drawing out the procedure will not help as after the two years your first husband would have to prove that you are still together and married and living together which is not the case.
Do the right thing by your husband at least, I think you both need to move on, and if means you can not stay in the UK, then so be it. You can always move to the States and sponsor your boyfriend!
Good luck with the baby
Once married to the second man you could then have him apply for another UK visa for you.

Since you came on a marriage visa, and you are no longer married to that person, you will have to go back to America and apply for a different visa from there. Maybe a visa for the intent to marry (I'm assuming you want to marry this man?)
I'm sure they will grant you the visa because you are pregnant, but I would not suggest getting married to someone unless you are sure.

Also, one of the problems you should consider that if your ex- might get a bit ****** on you. He has grounds to say that you cheated, (aka baby) with other men, that is a NO NO for the UK authorities, you could loose your visa status.
What I would do is talk to your consulate (american) first, then move to a lawyer (believe me, in your case, is worht it!).

Start packing, the only hope you have is Bob hope and no hope! If you expect to behave in such a discusting manner and not have other people judge you then you moved to the wrong country. I feel sorry for your husband for marrying an adulterous excuse for a woman and I feel sorry for your child for having such a repulsive mother.

Contact the American Consulate to see what legalities you might be faced with...that's what our tax dollars are paying for.
