i just smacked my forehead a couple of times, not very hard having a row with my boyfreind and he wouldnt shut up the pressure got too much - I know its not good, and believe me if it happened on a regular basis i'd seek medical help, but it was just a mad moment of insanity, for a couple of seconds i lost it...now i feel I can get better because it's got that bad it can't get worse..am i right or am I on the verge of a breakdown?

As long as it was a brief isolated event, I wouldn't worry. If you have the urge to do it again, then you might want to seek professional help (or get a new bf)

Your feeling frustrated and helpless in a situation you can't control. Seek help from a support group where you can talk it out with others before you really go on like a loon.

I wouldn't worry if it had happened just once. We all get to a point where we can't handle our frustration sometimes and want to break something - a vase, the TV, our head?!

I have done this in the past. I told a doctor about it and he said it could injure the brain if I did it hard enough.
If you think you might keep doing this, please talk to someone about the feelings you are having when you feel like doing this.

it's kinda... normal what you have done. you were very frustrated! right!?! you were to the point where you just was gonna go crazy! this would be stressed out! and of coarse very pissed off! take time apart & take big deep breathes!
