take Chiltern railways train from Birmingham central to London Marylebone, you can get the ticket by text or email and its £5 single only. Then get off Marylebone switch to train or tube to Wembley park, follow the pedestrian sign to there. Its the simplest and most economical way to get there.

Here is the website: http://www.chilternrailways.co.uk/

It depends on where in the midlands you are travelling from. If you are using Midland Mainline I can assume you are coming from Leicester/Nottingham/Derby areas. You could possibly travel in to Birmingham and go direct from there to save travelling across London and the Tube etc.

I have used Chiltern Trains a few times and some of the trains I have travelled on have actually stopped at Wembley Stadium. I don't think all of them do but I would check the timetable either at

I also believe that Chiltern Trains offer a great value ticket priced at 15 pounds return from Birmingham Snow Hill/Moor Street to London and the few stops before which includes Wembley. You will have to check one of the websites to find out for certain. I hope this helps.

I think the Midland Mainline gets you into London St Pancras mainline station. From there, catch the tube from Kings Cross tube station. You will need to catch the Metropolitan Line heading towards Uxbridge. Get off at Wembley Park for Wembley Stadium.

Change details to times etc you want - and if you click on the number of changes thing, it will tell you where they are.

Have fun!
