I have tried all kind of sushi made by the best in the business and I came to the conclusion that I like my sushi deep fried thank you very much.

Sushi has recently become hugely popular in Australia. I love smoked salmon nori rolls. I tried to make them myself once with not much success.
Any sushi needs wasabi!

I LOVE SUSHI ... also 'sashimi' ... my favorite kind changes with my moods, but I really like the little rice rolls with a slice of raw fish on top ... salmon and tuna are both favorites of that. For the 'rolls' I like one with seaweed, avocado, and imitation crab or shrimp, or one with cucumber and raw salmon or tuna.

I love sushi. I've even prepared them a couple of time (I must say that it ain't easy) My favorites are simple maki with either salmon or tuna

yes! definately! its delicious especially when you add lots of wasabi with it! any kind is great with wasabi and the feeling you get out of it. of coz you must get the really fresh and spicy ones! it sure can cure any block noses.!
