I sometimes have dreams where I'm being stabbed either in the heart or back with a big sharp knife, anything symbolic about the knife in particular? Can I like.. transform it into something nice, like a heap of clay..?

being stabbed in the back can be a warning that you are being literally 'back stabbed' by someone. in the heart is similar but indicating that it is in a very hurtful way that may cause you much damage.
