Your body uses sunlight to help it reset. Make sure that you go outside and get some exposure to light during the day, and then try to go to sleep at night. Get up at an early time even if you feel tired. You might also be able to use melatonin for this.

I've been a night-owl since I was a teenager and have worked morning jobs for years, even though I was always tired by 2 PM. I've also worked some swing shifts and grave yard shifts, which I loved.

Unfortunately (or fortunately, as I see it), I never have been able to totally adapt to being a day person. That's why I'm typing in Yahoo Answers at 12:30 A.M, even though I have to be up at 5 to go to work!

Your body clock should only take a week to get used to the new sleep pattern. If after a week doesn't come right then I would have a word with your Doctor.
