i made myself a grilled cheese with 2 month old organic type. it was in the fridge of course. anybody?

Well, I've got some in my 'fridge from the Nixon Administration- & it still looks pretty good to me... -So I guess it's good for at LEAST 40 years or so... Isn't it AMAZING what all those Preservatives can DO??! :)

My guess is :
It was very shiny - absolutely square a wonderful yellow and full of crap.
That is NOT cheese - - - - - you would be better off health wise eating the foil it was wrapped in.
