I'll have to go along with what some of the others are saying, Ratchett & Clank, Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, The Agency, MGS 4, Killzone 2, Little Big Planet. Now some that others may not have thought about, Socom, GT HD, and maybe even 8 Days.

I think that either Metal Gear Solid 4 or Uncharted Drakes Fortune will have a score of 9.3 or above.

Haze, Killzone 2, MGS 4 and Uncharted look like strong candidates.
Ratchet and Clank might score in the high 8s.
And in my opinion, Heavenly Sword should've gotten a 9.5.
