Yellow is the colour for creativity. It also has the added benefit of making you feel happy. Yellow is also associated with children and happiness. We painted out home office for all these reasons and it worked well for us. Hope it works for you as well.

Green. Not too bright and not too light. You can choose whichever shade you want but I would recommend lime gree. Like this Yahoo Answers color.
