The best way to do it is practice speaking it and watch TV.

That's how I learned English and Spanish (Farsi is my native language).

You should try to read English dictionary or books and watch english shows/movie...that could help a lot..

Read out load and speak it.
Watch a movie/show in English without subtitles and see how much you understand. Then watch it again with subtitles, to improve.

watch the news and speak it all the time as much as possible
