I doubt I'd be the one to initiate it (I'm a lot more shy than I come across) but I'd do it before marriage and the answer to "why" is because being 18 and still a virgin is kinda starting to suck.

WOW.... what a switch. Usually it's the guy complaining that his girl won't put out! Sweetie thank your lucky stars you found an honest to goodness caring young man. They are very rare and few in between. He obviously cares about high morals and wants his future wife to feel the same. If you don't care enough about him to have marriage on your mind, then why do you want to jump in the sack with him? Sounds like you could learn a few lessons from your b/f. The only people I know who have sex just for the sake of sex is easy. Sex to them means nothing sacred and no love involved. You can purchase a cheap vibrator for what you want and not have to worry about an unwanted pregnancy or picking up a disease your partner may have picked up from the last girl he screwed. I guess I'm just old fashioned. Good grief what is this world coming too?

I have initiated sex.
And to be honest, I had more sex before I got married than after. I am not condoning it, but, I feel everyone makes that decision when they feel they are ready. I think it is a good thing as a women to be comfortable in who you are, and what your needs are, and to always be honest with yourself about both.

Sex changes a relationship so why get married first. The couple could have problems with intercourse I have heard stories about guys have penises too large and intercourse is not comfortable or sometimes not possible.

And other things along that line. Plus sex is to good to wait. I think marriage is an age 24+ type of decision even more so in todays world. But sex is something that I believe is important even at young ages like 15. I do not hop on every guy I meet in fact I have only had a few boyfriends but I enjoy sex probably more then the relationship itself.

and I am not saying its bad to wait to have sex. Some of my friends are 20 and our virgins and I do not look down on them one bit.

yes, girls do it for satisfaction and experience. girls do it for the need of love and caring. surely, no one want to be a sex slave or a widow with a healthy husband after marriage. sex is one way a girl get to know what kind relationship is she getting into.

yes! we should try before we buy! your sexual compatability is so important why wold you wait till after marriage..we need to know if we are compatiable in all areas..and anyone who had several sexual partners before marriage is a smart person..because its called dating and until the right one comes along..once commited...each partner has no right to question the other of previous relations..it is their own private buisness
