No way. You can become good but never fluent. Living in a place where the language u wanna learn helps a lot.

Believe me, its like only 20 years that i tried to learn Mandarin, & i'm only good not fluent,,,,

U need to know about the cultures too if u wanna learn fast/ be good cause normally language are tied to their respective cultures. If u don't know the culture, u'll be scratching your head wondering why the language makes no sense at all.

doesnt matter about time. u can be even fluent in just one year or a few months. the secret and the most important thing in learning a language is just practicing. keep learning the grammatic and practice it at the same time when u are talking it to someone (native is better).

Not Easy to answer depends on many factor , how difficult is the language , the country you live in , how often u use it and serious about it

yes. What helps is when you surround yourself with people who speak that launguage and just listen to them having conversations.
