my 10 year old son is a lifelong bedwetter. He wears pullups at night and is proud of it. My question is, how can he respond to friends who tease him about it? It's becoming a real problem

If you haven't already I would take him in for an ultrasound and see if there's an underlying cause. My son is almost 8 and he still wets, I have an appt for him this month.

I think you should forbid the use of pull-ups at this point. He should wear underwear, not drink for a couple hours before bed, go to the bathroom right before bed. Then, get him up 2-3 hours later to go to the bathroom, and maybe again early in the morning (3-4 a.m). It's a rough schedule for a few days, but it might work.

Well besides making a appointment to go see a doctor make sure U have him go to the bathroom before he goes to bed and than before u go to bed wake him up to go to the bathroom. My niece she's a bedwetter also and thats what we do when she stays the night at our house. I hope this helps.

If he's proud of it, he shouldn't be concerned with what his friends say.
