me and my b/f are the cutiest cupple most everyone says but were so different i am 5' and hes 6'4 i sked him one day and he just said because. chh ( like that helps) so guys why do you like shorter girls?

they probably have the thought that they can just pick you up like its nothing and flip you all around (if you know what i mean,,,sex) ;) im 5'1" and my man is 6' and that's what he has told me, but then again he has a dirty mind. hehehehe

i'm 6'4" and my girlfriend is 5'4". i didn't seek out a short girl, but i was really attracted to her. she told me that she likes tall guys, so that was part of the attraction for her. but i think it's cool that she's alot smaller than me. i love her petite body.
we make a great pair. i can't help that the girl of my dreams ended up being a foot shorter than me. she's also 7 years older than me and from a completely different country and culture. as different as we might seem, we've connected beautifully.

Tall guys in most cases don't feel like going out with someone that is tall like them. A tall girl is not seeking protection by a tall guy as much as a shorter girl. They know that smaller women find them more attractive and they know that most guys out there won't want to mess with the big guy.

I'm somewhat similar. As a 6'3" guy, I usually date girls that are shorter than 5'8". Granted that's not as much of a difference as you and your boyfriend are. I think for a lot of taller guys it does fill that "protector" role, but in a subconcious manner. It's really quite a strange thing to think about. I think for girls a lot of it is they want "healthier" children, in this case, healther meaning taller. Taller people typically have more positions of power. Which this is by no means discounting shorter people. Hell, one of my best friends is 5'3".

i once saw this TV program about " why a lot of tall men prefer short girls".
it said it's a DNA thing.
ppl are programmed to try to make average babies, so tall men naturally prefer short girls to make average height kids.

Umm...look at Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman or Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes...it just looks disproportionate and awkward for the girl to bend down and the guy to lean up...

you know i have always wondered that myself, i guess that they like something that is the opposite of themselves. maybe they think it's cute that they are tall and thier short i'm kinda intrested about the guys have to say about this question

mines said because he likes to feel like hes my protector.... also he thinks im cute that way, and when he is being romantic he carries me into the bed room......so yeah
